Viewette Revue

The Longview High School Viewettes will present their annual spring show, “Lovestruck,” an evening of performance dedicated to celebrating the people and moments in life that bring happiness and joy while encouraging audiences to put more love into the world, with showings on April 23 through 25.

The performances will take place at the Longview High School Mickey Melton auditorium, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. and showtime at 7 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early due to ongoing construction on the LHS campus, which may limit available parking and require additional time to reach the venue.

“Lovestruck” will feature a variety of performances highlighting the talent and dedication of Longview ISD students, along with appearances from guest performers. The show is designed to bring the community together for an uplifting night centered on positivity, connection, and the arts.

“The Viewette Revue is not just a show, it is a true production giving some of our fine arts students the opportunity to perform and showcase what they have worked on and learned this year,” said Viewette Director Deborah McGowan. “ We hope this year's show brings everyone joy, and that learning to love even the little things in life can lead to bringing more love and happiness to our community, family, and more.”

Tickets are available for purchase online at viewettes.Ludus.com. Reserved seating in the front half of the auditorium is available for $12, while general admission seating in the back half is $8 and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The event reflects Longview ISD’s ongoing commitment to fine arts education and providing students with opportunities to showcase their creativity and talents. Community members are encouraged to attend and support the district’s student performers.
