Longview ISD x #240 Prep Academy 🧪🔬
At Longview ISD, the focus is clear: ensuring every teacher becomes certified. Study materials alone aren’t enough — teachers need someone in the room with them.
So alongside 240 Tutoring, we launched Prep Academy — customized, in-person support paired with our study guides.
The shift was real: confidence up, anxiety down.
When districts invest in their teachers, success multiplies.

WE LOVE OUR COUNSELORS & COMMUNITIES IN SCHOOLS! ❤️🫶🩷 You might’ve noticed we were a little quiet during National School Counseling Week… That’s because we were saving to show you what we did to celebrate them! #NSCW26
We hosted our McKinney-Vento Annual Community Partner Valentine’s Luncheon, bringing together our counselors, Communities In Schools, and community partners for an afternoon filled with connection, awareness and appreciation for what they do. 👏
What is McKinney-Vento? 💡
It’s a federal program that supports students and families experiencing housing instability, including families who may be staying with others, living in hotels, or navigating temporary housing situations.
During the luncheon, community partners shared vital resources available to our families especially those categorized as McKinney-Vento. The goal is simple: make sure our staff knows exactly what support is available and how to connect students with help, quickly, compassionately, and confidently.
We are beyond grateful for the people who show up for kids every single day, often quietly, always faithfully.
Thank you to our staff that does the great work for our students and families. 💘
