👏 Thank You, BareHandz Foundation! 👏

Foster Middle School is grateful to JaMycal Hasty’s BareHandz Foundation for donating polos and hoodies to Foster Middle School's uniform closet. These items will directly support our students and families, ensuring they have what they need to feel confident and ready for success.

For the past three years, the Barehandz Foundation has been making a difference for families across Longview ISD. This non-profit organization is dedicated to providing essential items, services, and special projects that meet people in their time of need and help improve lives.

We are so thankful for their continued partnership and investment in our community! 💚

📚 Professional Learning in Action! 🎓

Longview ISD high school teachers had the incredible opportunity to engage in professional development with the renowned @drmarciatate, author of "Worksheets Don’t Grow Dendrites".

Dr. Tate’s session was packed with powerful, research-based strategies that activate student engagement and brain-based learning. Our teachers were fully immersed—modeling, moving, discussing, and reflecting on how to bring each strategy to life in their classrooms.

They left inspired and equipped to create even more dynamic, student-centered learning environments.

👏🏽 Hats off to our educators for their energy and commitment to continuous improvement, and a huge thank you to Dr. Tate for pouring into our team!
