📚 Professional Learning in Action! 🎓

Longview ISD high school teachers had the incredible opportunity to engage in professional development with the renowned @drmarciatate, author of "Worksheets Don’t Grow Dendrites".

Dr. Tate’s session was packed with powerful, research-based strategies that activate student engagement and brain-based learning. Our teachers were fully immersed—modeling, moving, discussing, and reflecting on how to bring each strategy to life in their classrooms.

They left inspired and equipped to create even more dynamic, student-centered learning environments.

👏🏽 Hats off to our educators for their energy and commitment to continuous improvement, and a huge thank you to Dr. Tate for pouring into our team!
