Great news for anyone who missed it — the online‑only yearbook deadline has been extended to Friday, May 29.
📘 Yearbooks are $40 and will be delivered to the school for pickup in June.
💛 Student ads are still available. These are special sections in the yearbook where you can upload photos of your child and write a personal message — a chance to celebrate their year, highlight their accomplishments, or simply tell them how proud you are. It becomes a keepsake they’ll treasure for years.

Our 5th graders brought the energy, teamwork, and school spirit to this year’s Longview ISD 5th Grade Olympics! From relay races to fun challenges, students showed determination, sportsmanship, and plenty of campus pride all day long.
Congratulations to J.L. Everhart for earning the coveted Tug-A-War champions!

Longview High School Girls' Volleyball & Basketball Camp
Eligible Students: 3rd Grade - 9th Grade
When: May 26 - 28
- Volleyball is from 9:00 am - 11:00 am.
- Basketball is from 11:30 am - 2:00 pm.
Where: Forest Park Middle School
Cost: $50 per camper, per sport OR $90 per camper for both

On Tuesday, March 24, the Rotary Club of Longview, TX recognized both a Longview High School senior and a Longview ISD educator during its weekly meeting.
🎓 Student of the Month – Jake Lundy
LHS senior Jake Lundy was honored as the March Student of the Month. He was presented the award by Rotarian, Ava Welge. Jake plans to attend Western Kentucky University, where he has received a scholarship to compete in track and field (pole vaulting).
📚 Teacher of the Month – Ms. Mesha D. London
Ms. Mesha D. London, a fourth-grade team leader at Bramlette STEAM Academy, was recognized as the March Teacher of the Month. She was presented the award by Rotarian, Gordon Northcutt.
Congratulations to both honorees for their outstanding achievements and contributions to Longview ISD. 💚🐺

Today, our Community in Schools March Madness Attendance Event celebrated students with perfect attendance! Five qualifying students were randomly drawn to win free Burger King gift cards from Burger King off Marshall Ave. in Longview.
Students with perfect attendance AND who made the 'A' honor roll during the 4th grading period were entered for the GRAND PRIZE - brand new basketballs and a pair of boy and girl Nike Dunks compliments of Dick's Sporting Goods of Longview!
This week’s grand prize drawing focused on the qualifying girls. Our runner up, Lilith Stout, received a new PINK basketball. Our GRAND prize winner, Daleyza Almazan, won the PINK Nike Dunks and matching socks!
