Longview High School senior Parker Mecham was honored as the Rotary January Student of the Month and received his award from Rotarian Ms. Ava Welge (see attached photo of Ms. Welge and Parker Mecham).

The Rotary Club also honored Mr. Davonte Mims as the Rotary December Teacher of the Month. Mr. Mims is a biology teacher at LEAD Academy High School and was presented his award by Rotarian Mr. Gordon Northcutt (see attached photo of Mr. Mims and Mr. Northcutt).

Please join us for our first Lunch with Learners event on Monday, November 4 between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm. This is an opportunity for parents to see the progress that their students are making at LEAD this year, Lunch provided.
If parents are unable to attend at lunch, please feel free to come any time during the day to meet with teachers, administrator or counselors.
