🌟 Exciting News for Longview High School Theatre! We are proud to announce that our program is an official participant in the 15th Annual Broadway Dallas High School Musical Theatre Awards (HSMTA)! 🌟
🎭 On November 22nd, our production of The SpongeBob Musical will be attended by Broadway Dallas HSMTA adjudicators! They’ll be here to evaluate and celebrate the incredible work of our students, both on stage and behind the scenes.
🎓💡 Not only will this give our kids a chance to showcase their talents and connect with a larger theatre community, but the HSMTA also awards college scholarships, a life-changing opportunity for many of our young artists. We couldn’t be prouder of the growth of our program, and we’re thrilled to give our students, like our very own SpongeBob, Krabs, and Pearl, a platform where their creativity, voices, and artistry can shine. ✨

College Takeover! 🎓 Yesterday our Lobos had the chance to connect with 12 amazing colleges during lunch outside the College & Career Center! 🤝 From Arkansas to Alabama, Mississippi to Texas, students got to explore their future and gather info straight from the source. 🙌
You are invited to join us at LHS as we open our doors to explore instructional leadership and campus culture throughout the school year. We are excited to provide five opportunities for our stakeholders to visit different areas of our campus, ask questions, and celebrate the work of our students and staff.
